I highly recommend you use the Ampwave edit I have posted in the Ampwave Asset Sharing channel in JinAs server. It includes phys bones and blend shapes which fix issues with the under arms which will greatly reduce any clipping.

You can try out this jacket on my public avatars which are found in The Bass Station world!
